Today, much like other days, I am glad to be alive. I am glad I decided to stand up and fight. I am glad I have continued to do so. Even though each day is difficult, and often it feels relentless, I can smile and know it was worth it. I am alive and it was worth it. I am living and it is worth it.

Enjoy your summer<3
I’m not sure how you all are doing, but I just wanted to remind you that you’re beautiful. Don’t let your ED keep you from enjoying your summer.
Focus on family and friends. FORGIVE yourself. Each day is NOT guaranteed so why spend it worrying and beating yourself up? I’ve been in that state of mind, trust me. It’s so hard to let go of an ED but lemme tell you, it is so much nicer without it. I know I’m not fully and completely recovered, but I’ve definitely taken control of my life. My ED no longer controls my actions.
Have a wonderful summer loves
